The Onboarding Experience
From the moment you create a CalmCall account, you are guided through a simple and intuitive process. Registration takes 30 seconds — you only need an email address or phone number. No bank card required, no hidden obligations, and the first session with the AI companion is completely free.
After registration, the AI companion welcomes you with a short initial assessment. This is not a formal psychological test, but a warm and natural conversation through which the AI understands your situation: what brings you to CalmCall, how you feel during this period, what you have already tried and what your expectations are. Everything is 100% confidential and encrypted.
The Personalized Plan
Based on the initial assessment, CalmCall generates a personalized support plan. This plan includes recommendations regarding the frequency of AI sessions (daily, a few times a week or as needed), the type of suitable human therapist (if necessary), recommended AI features (voice companion, therapeutic journal, development coach etc.) and short and medium-term therapeutic goals.
The plan is not rigid — it continuously adapts based on your progress, feedback and life changes. The AI constantly monitors progress indicators and adjusts recommendations in real time.
Daily Support with AI
The CalmCall voice companion is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can talk to it whenever you feel the need — early morning, during lunch break, late at night. No appointments, no waiting times, no judgment.
Each conversation is adapted to your current state. The AI detects emotions from your voice, remembers previous conversations and continues where you left off. In addition to voice conversations, you have access to the AI therapeutic journal (which guides you through therapeutic writing exercises), the emotional pattern detector (which identifies recurring patterns) and the personal development coach (which helps with goals and discipline).
A Typical Week with CalmCall
What does a week with CalmCall look like? Monday morning, the AI companion asks how you feel and suggests a small goal for that day. Wednesday evening, you have a longer conversation processing a stressful work situation. Friday, your human therapist has a 50-minute session discussing insights from AI conversations. Sunday, you complete the therapeutic journal and receive a weekly progress report.
